Consist of meal planning literature for you to prepare, nutritional information, Vitamin regiment
Fitness Meal Planning Set-up,
I will give you selected meal plans for you to eat. I will go to the store with you and clean out your refig so that you are set up for success.
Fitness Partner (Do you need someone that you can depend on to motivate and push you?)
Fitness Training Session,
I will be giving you instructors, a plan that you follow. You be measured & weighted, which will also be monitored. This session could include: Cardio, Strength Training & Boot-camp. If you belong to another gym, you are responsible for trainer GUEST PASS.

I will assist you with Style. Style - means you are ready for a style change and want someone to walk you through the steps. Or if you
